Kings are HORRIBLE.

But I wouldn't be surprised if we lose tomorrow night by 10.

Hope I'm wrong though.

too many minutes for the starters

Yup.

For some reason they are hell bent on having Gasol & Kobe out there for 31 of 36 minutes in the first 3 quarters.. When that number should be 26.

And if you're going to play Howard the entire 4th, he needs to be at 24 after 3. Not 28.

Sure Meeks still hasn't come along, but play him you need to play him, he's an important part of the rotation in that he needs to play so Kobe can rest.

For the love of basketball, play Ebanks or acquire a legitimate backup small forward. I can't take Jamison at small forward anymore.

I would say who we could get, but I told CP I would not mention his name.. I don't want Ebanks nor Jamison playing the 3, to be honest. I don't want to even bother with Ebanks playing anything.

It'll be this way for a couple months (good luck) :lol Gotta wait til the deadline..

If it wouldn't make us look terrible to veteran's who would want to sign here in the future, I'd trade Jamison. We really can't trade Jamison because he took a paycut to win a title here, if he gets traded.. Every other veteran will hesitate to play here.

No timetable for Steve Nash's return

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Lakers got their coach back on the sidelines Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets. But it will be a while before Mike D'Antoni has two of the Lakers' veteran point guards available to run his offense.

The point guard everyone continues to wonder about is Steve Nash, who hasn't played since suffering a fractured fibula in his left leg on Oct. 31. There still is no determined date for the 16-year veteran's return.

"The other Steve is coming along," D'Antoni said of the two-time league MVP. "I don't think we have a timetable. He feels some nerve endings that are tingling and when they go away, we'll start ramping it up and he'll be fine.

"Whether it's tomorrow or next week or next month, we'll just take our time and he'll eventually be there. As soon as he gets there, I know, give him an hour and a half and he'll have the offense down and running it like a clock. So we can wait on that."

Nash declined to speak to reporters in the locker room before Tuesday's game against the Nets, saying he had to return to the training room to receive treatment. He is scheduled to be reevaluated by Lakers doctors on Friday.

Steve Blake, who missed the Lakers' last three games with a strained abdomen, was out against Brooklyn and will not play during the upcoming three-game road trip either.

"I would like to see him practice before he plays," D'Antoni said. "We had four games in five nights and then we don't practice on Thanksgiving, so I would rule him out for the next four games and then after that, it should be day to day hopefully, and that will get him going."

Second year guard Darius Morris received his fourth straight start at point guard Tuesday with Chris Duhon, who played previously for D'Antoni in New York, serving as the backup.

The Lakers' road trip begins Wednesday in Sacramento and continues Friday in Memphis and Saturday in Dallas.

We looked slower because the Nets play at a slower pace. Not like our last 2 games against Phoenix & Houston who are run & gun teams.

yea thought of that.. its just funny since im kinda expecting the same pace on Pringles first game

I know everyone thinks Nash whenever he comes back from his injury will run smoothly because he know's and has played under D'Anoni's offense.

But I really think he's going to need 3 to 5 games to get back into game shape.

Not sure what stats to expect from him also since Kobe, Pau, Dwight, and Metta are all getting their shots & points now.

Hopefully Nash just gets back to being deadly with his 3 point shot.

Why do I get a Karl Malone feeling with Steve Nash? Old vet getting hurt that happens to drag on. Why can't we just a legitimate timetable. Geez!

I dont think he needs that many games since D'an said he wants Nash to be able to practice before he plays

You know how some players have unique free throw routines? Like Jason Kidd a few years ago, Gilbert Arenas and Richard Hamilton?

I get the feeling Dwight misses a free throw for each one of his kids.

Have you ever played organized Basketball ?
Play 40+ minutes and I don't care who you are or how old you are.You will have tired legs.
That's why Kobe's free throws are struggling.

You ok fam, it was more of just an observation than an actual criticism so calm down.....asking if i played organized ball seems silly and unnecessary but yes i have.

Regardless of conditioning or other circumstances, Kobe is usually good for those at the end of games so take off the cape i wasnt attacking him.

A more likely and simpler answer would be that he had an off night at the line nothing more, i doubt this keeps happening.....knowing his attitude he's probly practicing ft's right now.

10 bench points? :{
Why does meeks suck so bad.
I had high hopes for this kid.

He's not getting the ball where he needs to. He also seems to play with Duhon, which means he gets very little opportunity to take the shot he needs because no one is penetrating and kicking out.

He's been bad. But we really need to play the guy 14-15 mpg and try to keep his confidence up. Eventually it will click. He's one of the best 3 point shooters in transition in the league. That just doesn't go away overnight, especially if you're young
