Very happy with mine, which I've had for about a year and a half now

Just purchased mine this morning, picked up a 32, seeing as I can still squeeze into a 32 to the point nothing is coming undone, I think the stretch overtime will make this perfect with my true waist size for a 34

The waist will definitely stretch. A tagged size 32 is actually a 33. They will stretch another inch or two from there.

Yes , the inseam is 37 for a "Skinny Guy" fit tag size 34

Where are you copping from?

NF does hem them for free ( through their Tate and Tokyo webstore)  but you're going to have to know your preferred length...

Yes, these do come a little longer and you should have them hemmed to your height.

Make sure to leave in room for honeycombing and cuffing... I always err on the longer side because lets face it, I'd rather have jeans fit a little too long than be a little too short!! LOL

Edit- I see you are in SD.. you can always order from Nordstrom, get free shipping and see if they'll hem them for you for free..most likely they will...

Here's nordstroms NF inventory
http://shop.nordstrom.com/c/mens-je...brand&sizeFinderId=5&resultsmode=&segmentId=0

yea im going to have to just go in there, im lazy lol

I checked a couple styles and the local Nordstroms and they were not in stock , but I'm gonna stop in there this week and see what's up

I posted 2 pix 2 pages back of the BF wg's
They fit nice. I have athletic thighs so I get the space there and a skinnier leg.

there are a couple different types of NF black. I have the solid black( the ones 2 pages back are deep indigo) Basically every thread is dyed so when the jeans wear they will not fade. I've had mine almost a year and they're still black as night. For me, I didn't think fading black jeans would look good. I wanted a pair that would stay as black as possible. Lmk if you have any questions I can post pix if you like

Just picked up a pair of NF Weird Guy [Black Grandrelle]

Will these fade? Just need some opinions on how I should wear them (washing, etc). Thanks!

How long it usually takes to stretch?! I went a size down and **** is mad tight I can't believe some people go 2 or 3 sizes down!!!!!... it's so uncomfortable... Honestly I don't know if I can deal with it. At this point I almost want to sell it and get my TTS...

A good tip is to sleep in them to help loosen them up.

It shouldn't take that long. I didn't size down on my Naked and Famous jeans and sort of regret it. They waist on mine is definitely a 33 now when it was a 32. It's like I always either have to wear a belt or shorts underneath it now. I need to get my hemmed as well. Weird Guy fit is nice but like someone said on the other page, you can go down even a little bit more now.

So I have a question. I have a stain on my knee on my jeans that won't come out. I thought maybe just adding water and scrubbing it would help but it almost seems like a gum like texture. So should I wash these jeans now even though I haven't broken in them or just wear them and wash them later after a whole year of wear?

I don't want anything baggy. Right now I'm wearing lucky brand 361 straight. I have big legs so they cant be tight in the thigh area

Here are a couple of option that should work
http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11750061

I checked these out in the store, and the are decent. I would classify them as a entry-level pair, buy they will more than get the job done and fit your criteria.

I have a pair of these and I can 100% vouch for them. You could even go with a 39inch waist. These do stretch after about a couple weeks of wear.

I personally have a pair of these and they are GREAT!!! If you can stomach the price, these are the ones I would really give a second look at. Please this shop as a pretty good return policy.

Order this on in the James version. They only list up to size 38 on the drop down menu, but if you contact them, they can special order you a sz 40.

sick... i just picked these up too.. .almost paid full price for them 2 weeks ago!! This was a no-brainer for me at 50% off

So I actually emailed NF asking about this... its a raw denim with a salt and pepper look that will fade to a lighter grey over time fom what they said.

In person these look sick. I'll post pix when I get them in-hand. this stock nordstrom pic does them no justice

as for washing... was as you would any other raw denim.. as infrequently as possible. cold never in the dryer obviously. ..

You should wash your denim anytime they stink/smell/get too dirty. But def. dont put them in the dryer.

The whole "dont wash your jeans" thing is just a stupid fad people made up to make them feel special about the denim culture.

I fell into it too couple years ago when I first got into raw denim

Damn thanks for the info you put in some work for that. Kinda sucks that I have to order online to find the right one but hopefully it's worth it

Shouldn't take too long, if you're wearing them everyday I'd say a week or two

Do you wear them for awhile before the first wash? How do you rinse the denim after? I've been wearing my UB201s for about two months straight and the fades are barely showing. thanks for the info!

Thanks for the info. Will definitely wash my jeans. MIght not even have to hem them after I guess. I still feel like I should wear them more. I have realistically only worn them for about 60 days total.

It's almost impossible for me to get good fades on my jeans due to work. I try to throw em on as soon as I get home even if I'm just gonna be around the house to try to speed up the fading. Oh well though I guess a plus is that they'll look new for longer
