Un has more patience than I do. I mean, Un asked fleece if he was good and if he was ok for about 5 min straight with no response.
Un said, hey fleece what gun are you using to shoot the Knights? Fleece said "o, I forgot to equip my sniper.... Now I don't have any ammo" after he had popped a synth. Not sure if it was a heavy synth or a special synth tho....

All jokes aside I think he needs to Normal raid some more. If you are having trouble as a team on totems no way you can finish sisters or oryx, as you know the team coordination needed is much more intense for those parts, one weak link in the chain will probably require a wipe unless you are 75% done killing Oryx

honestly, the goal was never to finish oryx this week. it was to get the double drops to get some of the guys up to a 310. I'm going to say that xbox live has been doing the business on us this week tho and that definitely makes things worse.

he can pull a putting in work and LFG some normal raids but I'm not going to pull together 6 just for 1 person. He just be doing his own thing a whole lot and for where we were, it made a big difference.
the ogre shouldn't be that bad if he can just him in the water and shoot.... I'm praying he doesn't get the green glow tho and that's not something normal mode will prepare you for.

Bro why are you hard raiding if folks aren't 310, already know some of yall gear not on point, you need to LFG for your Titan Helmet and those who aren't equipped need to be doing Normal raids. You are making it harder on yourself.  Learning the raid in the hard raid especially for new TTK players is a crazy learning curve compared to VOG, and the 2nd raid (name slips my mind) lol

I was like 308/309 when I started the Hard Raid....but I had a bunch of Normals under my belt, you're running in with guys wet behind the ears, No Spindles, idk if you all got TOMs but that irrelevant. 

LMAO I guarantee you Fleece will have the green HIV and kill you all at least once. Just record it when it happens

Remember you don't control who jumps on the sisters, it's gonna take you a while if folks never did plats before, the raid gear is good in terms for this with the bonus agility.

From day 1 this week:

Xbox dudes,
if we can get 6, I'm all for struggling in the hard raid.... not necessarily interested in finishing today but maybe we can do various sections this week.

Like, lets get the warpriest done today.
Ogre and witches tomorrow.
Oryx by the end of Monday maybe.

This will allow for some of the sub 310 guys to possibly get gear that will put you at the very least closer to 310 which will make defeating oryx possible.

you clearly missed the goal and don't understand or accept what I'm trying to do.
and you keep talking like you are so aware of what really is good when you aren't.

we've had at least 3 310s for each part of the raid. last night we had 4. Flaking willy was like a 304 or something and should be like a 306-308. He hasn't been the problem and neither has @championboyz7. Fleece has really been the one struggling and he really does need to go do normal mode. We are just carrying him because hes fleece but it definitely grows tired. You are also not understanding the actual game issues we've been having. Those just cause problems.

You wanted to know why dudes gave you the cold shoulder when you hopped in the party... its because you stay downing them on here... all day long. of course they aren't gonna have words for you. They just aren't going to go back and forward with you on here. They aren't petty like I am.

I'm trying to help yall, you don't build a raid team by doing the Hard Raid, especially with folks where this is literally their first raids in Destiny. Yall need to do the normal raid being mechanics, inexperience and stuff is the issue. It doesn't take an evening plus to do totems. Like coming into last night yall should of been able to run through the totems, yall had issues the night b4 but it was experience PLUS Un joined to help lead yall and it was still issues. I agree with. This is something that if you are teaching someone how to do it, you can't be afraid to call them out. If people are screwing up a particular role they need to be called out and need to switch out that person if necessary. It is a game but it's not about people wasting days as well.

We all have bad days where we are a bit slow but people need to be on point. Raids are about repetition, if you can't repeat certain tasks successfully over time and improve your weaknesses then that's a bad sign. I'm a firm believer in the idea that if you are playing the raid, you should be able to take over any role if necessary and perform period. But maybe that's because I expect that of myself coming from a MMO playing in high tier raiding.

Y'all can agree all you want but it honestly doesn't matter if we have different goals.
What you and your crew does isn't what I set out to do this week and I clearly explained it on day 1.

Yes I could easily swap out the person that's been giving us the issue and we would be better off. I agree with that but as a whole, 5/6th of us have known the mechanics.

Shotta is just assuming and I don't agree. I would agree if we were too weak to kill things but that hasn't been the problem. 5/6th of us have had spindles or 1000 yards stares. Our equipment has been fine.

Any way you slice it, getting double drops in HM where you can get above 310 items is better than getting single, 310 and below items. Ive raided a couple times with most of the group in normal mode and my goal is for us to struggle this week (didn't think it would be this bad but it is what it is) but to struggle less over time.

If it were all about ME getting my levels then yes, I could latch on to a LFG group and be on loaner status (JJ has gone this route which I understand) but I'm about having a group of guys I'm familiar with to play games as a whole with.
I mean man, it was a bit dry on XB1 for like a month... Me and TB didn't have a 3rd to even to a nightfall or trials which was sad. This struggle raid stuff... its brought back people like flakin willy and jules. That's great for me.

And shotta saying well, hes not about that raid for days life... cool... that's why I never seriously asked for his help. I ask JJ and Un to give it a stab and they have been cool with it.

and for some reason, your soul keeps comparing your personal experience and thinking it applies to everyone else. one day you may understand that not everyone is you. even when dudes tell you they are different, you find some way to tell them they are wrong. and you keep at it which is mad annoying. no one is asking for your help but you keep giving your 2 cents.

when we first started playing destiny, you were mad chill. we struggled for stuff, learned, passed the torch. you stopped playing destiny because you reached the mountain top and only want to play with the best now. that's cool but don't need to keep up the bs with the elitist talk.
