1) Alpha lupi Hunter. Was happy bc I sharded mine before TDB and wanted one for a ToO setup

That's what I would go for yes. I personally like LitC, while Bos likes final round a little more

Is it worth re rolling the felwinters if i have shotpackage and rodeo?

I would re roll, and make sure there is a range perk in the middle tree. Rodeo does nothing for a shotgun.

i personally try to get a re roll of anything that gives range and final round. So hammerforged and final round or shot package imo
