The weapon re-balacning, Gunsmith and the testing of guns and earning rep with him, I believe the kiosks for shaders and stuff are today. Vault space isn't until next week. Probably a lot of the background stuff for next week's big update as well I am sure.

Yea 7 hours is definitely too long. Could also be due to the fact that they are probably getting smacked from people trying to pull it down as well.
