Yeah I never got it either. Even though I am a 90s baby, I know for a fact dudes were rocking skinny jeans a lil shirts and colorful %!+ shoes back in the 80s because it was the style. (old pics of my dad and uncles) Same thing with women rocking colorful leggings back in the 80s, and that style is back out now....

You sir, are king. I was 4/5 years old when Electric Boogaloo came out. I was in complete

 when I seen Turbo dancing on that ceiling.
That song and that entire scene was dope. Ol' girl that couldn't speak any english was fine too. I have both of those movies on dvd.
Electric Boogaloo is much better than the first though.
