Take in mind, the standard for those warrants is only probable cause, meaning that a search of those properties would likely result in finding evidence to support one or more criminal statutes listed in the warrant. Latest reports say he’s under investigation for sex trafficking and RICO.
Sex trafficking qualifies as an act of racketeering that you can then use to build a federal RICO case.

It’s looking bad in my view not so much because of the raid itself but how quickly this investigation seems to be going. Raiding your top target is something you either do at a late stage or if there is a basis for an imminent concern that’d make the raid necessary as soon as possible.
