I kicked it with the HR manager that hired me at my old job and no it wasn't awkward seeing her at work, we kept business and pleasure seperate.

We kept ours casual. Well at the time she knew I had a GF, so she kept it cool. As long as you both can be adults about it, you should be good. It all reallydepends on the maturity level of both parties.

Ive done it... Still see her everyday but its not awkward because of the type of person I am. It was just a #%%$...

Shes 11 years older than me and I wasnt looking for the same thing she was lookin for so she got deaded

it's hard to say no. but %**+ always becomes awkward. especially if the chick catches feelings. asking you if you want to go to lunch, hangout, catch a movie. etc

Again, it all depends on the female. If they catch feelings it is all bad. The chick I messed with knew when to keep her mouth shut and when toopen it.
