you people are funny. How are they going to retro his kicks when there is a new colorway of his current kicks dropping once a month (sometimes more than once) year round. Don't forget there are the regular ix, lows, elites and soldiers. How would nike sell them all it wouldn't make any sense to drop more when there is already so many comming out.

If you guys want to compare to Jordan, Jordan's first retro came in 1994 (9 years after Jordan came in the league). However, as much as I like watching Kobe play, I will have to say in regards to Nike and the shoe game, has been and Lebron is the next Jordan.

I don't get why Lebrons kicks retail just as much of not more than J's. The only Lebrons I've ever wanted was the Zoom Generation's. But I bet if they retroed it the prices would be off the roof.

These guys had their shoes retro'd, but not from their current shoe labels (unless you count the Huarache 2k4 as a Kobe sig, which is somewhat valid).
In the case of these guys, their ex-labels are still trying to capitalize off them.
I agree however that LeBrons may be retro'd for anniversary/milestone purposes; especially if he ends up with a championship after this season.
I can see people complaining about how the original "LBJ/L23" logo won't be on certain shoes though LOL.

Didn't the 1st set of Retro Jordan's come AFTER his 1st retirement, which probably explains why they were retroed in the 1st place.
Other than it being the 10th anniversary for the Zoom Generations, I see no reason why LeBron's should or will be retroed.

Jordan IX's and X's didn't sell that well when Jordan first retired, but Nike still put out retros of older shoes at that time. If the Lebron line were to fall off (which I doubt) it wouldn't be inconceivable to think they'd pull some models out the vault to get some sales out the Lebron line.

Guys you can still get most of his older GR sigs on eBay or Craigslist for very reasonable prices, because alot people didnt really dog out their Lebrons like they did with 2K4s. Theres been Lebron collectors since the beginning of the line because it was marketed as such.
