Does anyone have aftermarket heated seats in their car?

So the heated seats in my TL has been out of order for i don't even know how many years. It's a simple fix in theory but to do it the leather would have to be stripped off the seat and requires a lot of tedious work so it would be expensive to fix in a shop. I was thinking of getting like a cushion for the seat that maybe plugs into the power outlet but wanted to know if anyone had any experience or recommendations before I buy one. Thanks.
