Depends on the circumstances, them boys down in Florida got busted for selling fake shoes and they were plastered all over the web and news. They had a whole little click of bootleggers down there. And selling counterfeit goods is a felony fwiw. Theoretically, U could buy a pair of Js from footlocker and go hoop in them and they fall apart and u break your ankle. Come to find out later u find out the shoes are counterfiet. Who is accountable?
