does netflix or xbox live work overseas? ex..philippines?

im planning a trip there soon and planning to bring my xbox with wifi access..just wondering if such apps would work out there in that country..thanks in advance..

XBL works IDK about netflix cause it varies. It doesnt work in France I've heard.

Nah it doesnt work that way. It works depending on what country you are in, and from what I remember most countries outside of North America dont have netflix access. You should check this out though If youre looking to get around the issue.
