These kids are dumb as hell. Bunch of Vince Young wonderlic %*@ kids out there. How you gonna let a QB just walk down the middle like that...it's not even normal for QBs to walk through the middle on dead plays. And #19 could've tripped up the QB by diving for his feet instead of ushering him to the end zone. They should all be fired.

Yeah, most of the time this type of play is executed (and there are plenty, just search Youtube for "trick play football" and it's basically all the same play), the quarterback receives the "snap" and walks towards the sideline to his coach looking confused and then bolts along the sidelines. At least that is something that you might reasonably do. Walking THROUGH the defensive line towards the endzone should tip ANYONE off.

We did this on JV and Varsity back in High School.

Worked both times too. On JV we scored. Varsity we got like 40 something yards. Our QB got walked

so what's the rules on a legit "snap" of the ball. Side snaps or side tosses count? I think we all grow up and even little kids playing, that it's done one way and thats the only way.

I think the center can give the ball to the qb any way he wants to once the line is set. It's just safer the other way.
