We're gonna be paying $850 something a month for rent. Big increase from where we live now. But I noticed a lot of apartments have heat included so that's probably a big portion of it.Originally Posted by STOPIT5

Worcester is cool but its a good hour away from boston. The metro west area is a good 20 -25 mins to boston. Close enough to hit the city when you want but outside enough to not deal with the city life everyday. Plus you can check out the Boston marathon. The good thing about Worcester though is that its real cheap to rent a place.
Props to the dude. Thank god here in Boston we don't have a serious gun problem(especially downtown/chinatown area, relatively safe), although there have been 30 murders in the city this year (average is around 70/year). I swear when people get drunk, they feel like just kicking the *++! out of anything. Me on the other hand, become the nicest person every when I'm drunk. Anyone else like this? Last year on New Years eve on my way home, I was drunk on the orange line and I was making simple convo with everybody.

Restaurants are open late, they don't close till 4-5am and last call is at 2am. It's the "go-to spot" by default unfortunately.Originally Posted by BlackStilettos
Drunks are ALWAYS fighting in Boston's Chinatown. It's like the go-to spot for some reason.
