that i agree with.   if he did steal the shoes i'm all for the beatdown but why incriminate yourself and put it on worldstar.  beat him down but be much more discrete about it.

even if he did take the shoes and were to press charges, there's proof of the beatdown for everyone to see whereas there's minimal proof if any that the guy that got beat up stole the shoes.

again if he did take the shoes he deserved what he got, but once he sees this video online he's probably going to press charges.
