I called & finally got through, Then Finally got the tickets I wanted, I gave all my information to them, They tell me they have an error reading the information & they'll transfer me. 20 minutes later I get transfered, she tells me my order was #@+%*$@ voided. Then she stransfers me to customer service to which I get disconnected.  I HAD THE TICKETS IN MY #@+%*$@ HAND

At like 10:30 I called & got my tickets... When I gave them my CC info, they read "error" then transfered me to which I got through at 10:50. At that time she said they had nothing left.

Got our tickets throught livenation whcih directed me to tickets.com. General Admission 6140 and 6141.  Does this mean we have an assigned seat? I assumed GA meant we are all just on the floor?

Same exact +*!@ happened to me this past Jay concert at MSG. 

I vowed the next concert I'm not letting it get to that.

I finally got my tickets, they are for the show on the 14th but that's cool with me.  Forget the website, just call ticketmaster, that's what I did........1800-745-3000.  Good luck to everyone.
