engine swap, yay or nay?

I will certainly be paying more for the engine swap than i will for the car. The car was a friend of mines who got a new one, I know it kept overheating on him a few weeks ago. The engine is not broken, from what he says just cheaper to replace. And I will be getting the car for crazy cheap, since his brother gave him one already. Cherrypie, is that including the price of the engine?
