I love this series. The only notable skip I can think of was The Invisibles.

WOW i am not the biggest fan of the matrix but i had no idea majority of it was rip off or copy of something else

the whole story is a rip off of a womans work. she wrote the book, had the artwork designed and wrote out the movie format and had it published in the early 80's. she submitted her work and never heard back from the producers. She wrote terminator and matrix as one story.
