Are these air max 95s real or fake? I thought fake due to ive never seen a inside tongue label like that on them before but the seller states she bought them in 08 from a Nike store and that's just how the old ones look. Any help would be appreciated!

This ain't necessarily bad news. Older models have tags like this, without Nike logos or anything f.e. these 2005 AM90 Infrareds:

I think these 95s are legit but I'm not 100% sure, hard to find references. They are a Wms release (from around 2008/2009), that's why they have the Burst midsole and not the regular 95 type.
