I actually like the cuisines of both "ureas". NYC speaks for itself but I love food in Cali though... It's unique here in the states because it's less influenced by Euro flavors & more South American, Central American, & Asian flavor profiles. You just can't find that uniqueness anywhere else in the states.
If we gonna beef though, at least we got water over here on the right coast. That drought is going to be really bad to deal with & will only get worse.
