nah. you wore them. they broken in. that's completely different. i bought a lightly used pair that held up great. went through around 5 DS pairs in 05 and 06 and they all crumbled after wearing them while walking all around the mall or some shizz. longest they would last was like 3 solid all day wears. my texas homie musta got a pair blessed by jesus.

Believe me, Iwas VERY apprehensive about wearing them. I have heard/read so many horror stories about crumbling. But at the time I decided to wear em, I was graduating andjust decided "F it", better late than never. I totally understood the risks, but I felt that I would regret it if I did not wear them. BTW - I worethem all day today (a good 10-12 hours). Oh one more thing, I may be headed around your neck of the woods come summer.
