from the sounds of it prob is  fake, but 2000's def had NIKE AIR on the insoles because it was still nike then not jordan brand...but get pics and share so we can get that def answer, who knows somebody could have put diffrent insoles in them so you never know......

If I'm not mistaken, it should have a black insole with "Nike Air" in white letters.

If it has a jumpman on the insole most likely it's fake, but like stated above would need to see actual pics of the shoe to determine if the insole was just swapped out.
