Not that I recall. They re released those DB foams pretty quickly too didn’t they? I thought it was within a few years. I’ve never owned either of them, wonder if there were any differences

There’s not really a specific cutoff it’s more so how the shoes have been stored/maintained. I’ve got pairs from 1997 with no nubuck chipping and I’ve got pairs from 2017 that have pretty noticeable chipping. The glue separation is a crap shoot but is a pretty easy fix. Make sure to check that the carbon fiber plate isn’t falling apart as well
