Soup is predominately water based with a broth mixed in.

I don't see how a stew cam be labeled as #poor. Cause a stew requires higher quality ingredients to make, and actually takes sometime to make. Depending on what your making exactly.

or even clam chowder uses lilttle to no water
so no a soup is not based on the amount of water or broth

The dark meat in soups/stews always tastes better imo. Chicken breast way too overrated

Yeah for sure, this one Nigerian soup that i can probably make uses the discarded parts of goat/cow depending where you get it from is really good.

Is it a #poorman soup....not really from where i use to buy it from in nyc. $10 dollars each in a plastic container.
