No lie, earlier my wife and I were talking and i brought up having a food truck.
Make my mom in law the "chef". She used to work in delis and and restaurants so she def has the experience.

Might just take out a loan and get a truck and get started, the dc hipsters would eat this up easy.

Yeah if I was to do it all over again I’d open up a lunch spot or somewhere in “the hood” with cheap rent and have some fast casual food.
