Sure, posted a photo a couple pages back of the steak I had there. Best steak I’ve ever had.

Also had cotton candy fois gras, whipped potatoes, the crab posted above, asparagus, and some dessert I can’t remember. The food and drinks were great and the service was top notch.

The vibe is good there too. Excellent date spot. My girl and I really enjoyed it.

Repost of the steak. Didn’t take too many photos, sorry.

Also, I always bring my tomahawk bones back home for my dogs. Anyone else do this? Always get the crazy look when I ask “can you box up that bone please” lol

@Comparison Ford HTBBQ :pimp:

tay1 tay1 pizza looks good! Can you share your dough recipe + what pan ya used? I made my own dough for the first time a week or so ago and while the taste wound up being fine, it was a quite a nightmare getting the pie onto/off of my pizza stone   . I actually made the dough without any machinery, so maybe that was why?

No machinery requires a good amount of kneading by hand. It's possible but I can't imaging bread or dough making without my stand mixer

Recipe I used:

4.5 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
10 grams instant yeast
4 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 cups water

Procedure
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar, and let bloom for 5 minutes
2. Threw everything else in the bowl, along with the yeast mixture and kneeded with the dough hook for like 5 minutes
3. After that, I kneeded it about 20 more times by hand because it was sticky
4. Then I shaped them into balls, and let them proof in the fridge overnight
5. The next day I let it rise at room temp for about 4 hours
6. Baked at 500 degrees for 15 minutes
