I sure do not. I do however pop my pre-peeled garlic into my press though. Is that laziness as well? Not sure where your issue is with this.

I think calling it an "issue" is a bit of a stretch. Also, using tools for their specified purpose isn't "lazy."

Think I liked the beef more but they were both very food.

^^^ There’s an empanada spot by me, which is supposed to be pretty authentic, and they have a bunch if different filings. The most popular one is called Criolla, which ground beef and chiles. They also have a spicy chicken and a bunch of vegetable fillings.
