Never had ricotta cheese. I don’t know anything about cheese besides the usual American, cheddar, Swiss and mozzarella.

Absolutely zero flavor. If you ever eat it, it’ll still taste like you’ve never had it.
Had brunch at Hard Times Christmas Liquors at the Sunset Bar in Bushwick today. Got hot chicken and corn bread waffles with roasted corn butter, garlic honey, and coffee maple.
Was too hungry to take a pic, but it looked exactly like this:
Was skeptical going into it, but it was amazing.
My second choice was gonna be an eggs benedict dish with crispy pork roll on ho cakes. Was tempting.Cornbread waffles??
Ho cake makes yet another appearance on NT.
Regarding the bread, I feel like The Habit have one of the better wheat buns for a fast food place. It doesn’t taste cheap. Good bounce to it.
I don’t remember the last time I’ve had lasagna but I do remember there was some sort of cheese in it. But I’m sure you’re right It’s prob ricotta cheese since there wasn’t any taste to it.
