New toy - mini waffle maker from target $9
Rice flour waffle made in the mini maker.
I use to sleep on fresh bread baked at my local
Supermarket. Not any more! Fan for life.

French Toast!! . Came out fire . Used Challah bread from Trader Joe’s and soaked the bread for 30 minutes . 15 on each side. Used cinnamon and a little sugar for the batter

I used heavy whipping cream but regular works as well.
i didn’t have any maple syrup so I had to do without this time. I only eat maple. Can’t do that Aunt Jemima no more

European butter has a higher butterfat content compared to American butter. American butter has more water in it. The higher butterfat makes for a creamier butter. In other words, it’s richer. I also use salted butter

Posted this in the Popeyes thread but forgot to post it here.
Firebirds just opened up our here. Got too damn much. I knew very well I wasn’t gonna eat that sandwich with both pieces on there so I took off one. First bite was cool but after that the skin started falling apart from the chicken and the bun got soggy from the slaw. The chicken was good but I wouldn’t get a sandwich. I saw some strips that looked good.

I haven't had turkey cooked any other way since the first time I had it deep fried
honestly... just give a nice fried piece, scalloped potatoes, sweet potatoes and I'm cool
