I prefer the regular corned beef. Don't like the hash. Corned beef with onions, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, crushed bacon, and green onions all mixed with garlic rice is my jam.

I love Ceviche but only shrimp ceviche and only the one my mom makes. Different countries have diff ways of making it.
