Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Browned the butter

Mixture of browned butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla

Mixture of both flours, salt, baking powder and baking soda

Came out really good. Texture is just how I like them. Next time, I'll use a little less chocolate as it was a bit too sweet, and I'll add pecans

haven't eaten any yet. put most away in the freezer and going to make a bacon, egg, cheese for lunch

they might be best toasted with Nutella

but they're not bad plain either. the versatility that a bagel could never

It's one of those new harbor neighborhoods, where they just threw in a bunch of apartment buildings and forgot to make room for stores. So lots of people live there, but it's kind of lifeless. They got a small pier though with a few spots and a little activity, where I like to go for a swim and coffee, because it's only really crowded on weekends and if the weather is great.

Funny actually.

Area is enclosed and water is filtered so well, it's a problem. The water is so clear, they are constantly fighting off seaweed, because it has perfect growing conditions. the water tests cleaner, than the beaches outside the harbor.
