It's actually one of my least favorite noodles :lol:. It's a pain in the *** to wrap around the fork, sauce retention is lacking, and it has a tendency to break apart into smaller pieces.

Rigatoni, rotini, cavatelli, and orecchiette are all superior noodles in my world.
 
Do you ever get nervous driving those big machines?

Any bridges/conditions get to you?

I try to know how tall everything is and bridges aren’t a problem since I know all the low bridges here.

the worst is interstate work and you have to drive off the freeway into the job and run over 100 cones and then all the idiot cars follow you in and get mad when you tell them they have to back out into 70mph traffic.

I used to be nervous when I was new, the truck is extra big so I’d have to back up and redo turns a lot and look like an idiot.
