I tried out Snake River Farms filet mignon recently and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. Ordered a bunch more stuff (filet mignon, ribeye, pork short ribs, ground beef, bacon). Made stuffed shells with wagyu ground beef sauce, fire. I highly recommend this meat.

Hennessy is disgusting to me so I'm not sure about this one. But yea, the chicken looks good.

We need to stop pretending that Hennessy is that good. At this point, it’s thriving off of a false reputation more than anything. Also, putting Henny on all this food just seems like people trying to out do each other with creations.

I cooked ribeye steak with red garnet sweet potatoes this evening. I think this is the first time I cooked ribeye steak on the cast iron skillet because I've been cooking New York steak on it since last year.
