Random as hell, but the breakfast baconator at Wendy's is delicious. That Swiss cheese sauce completes the sandwich. I would of never gave it a go if not recommended to me, but was very surprised.

I'm just saying I would consider the building of the sandwich to be the 3 minutes or less. I'm not counting the time to cook chicken because that is a necessity if I want a chicken sandwich. In all honesty though, any sandwich I'm personally making is generally something with cold cuts.
Burgers are something I will do and enjoy, but making chicken sandwiches at home is something I've never really mastered or tried to get into. That's something I enjoy at a restaurant.

You could prep all ingredients and clean up while chicken/bacon are cooking
But yeah 3 mins is a cartoonish number for home made foods
