FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Question for only real Jollibee experts, is the spaghetti tray better or the single serving better? For me the tray has a messed up ratio, it doesn’t have enough cheese and hotdogs.

done goofed today. Caught some fish. Cooked them in foil. Dropped one of the foil packets after i took it off the grill. Joint exploded inside but it still tasted good

Good looking fish, I haven’t caught anything worth keeping around here yet.

I was gonna grab some but I think they sell the bags in pairs. Someone told me if you buy only 1 bag they still charge for 2.

Do Deli bagels have the same shelf life as store bagels? They don't seem to age real well. Or maybe I'm just not taking care of them properly. I think the main reason for buying store bagels is the shelf life. For me anyways. They don't seem to get stale as fast.

Yeah need to buy 1 dozen at a time. I will sometimes split half with someone

And yeah no preservatives in deli bagels or Costco's unlike most store bought

I keep a few of them out and freeze the rest. Defrost on the counter for around 30 mins --> toaster oven at 400 degrees

Last day in Salem. Had some bagels for breakfast in Peabody. Tuna on an Asiago bagel with onions & tomato. Also tried their pizza bagel with scallion cream cheese. Scallion was kind of bland but the bagels were great. Went to the witch museum which was pretty informative & its sad what happened to the victims who were all completely innocent. Also checked out the Hocus Pocus house + the cemetery from the movie.

Lunch at Flying Saucer Pizza. I had the regular & my brother had the veggie with Mac pie. Both were solid. Had a ton of fun in Salem. Snacked on a butternut donut & mocha muffin top from Honeydew donuts.

Should have just bought the bagels, pizza, muffin and donuts from the grocery store for 5 bucks and did it yourself.

Who eats mayo with chicken tenders and fries?
Did I say I’m downing mayo?

No.

It’s on the plate. I may dip in every now and then for a sauce but not consistently.

3 & 4 flat out aren’t options.
2 sounds good but the tuna would get tiring and you’d die of mercury poisoning pretty quick.

1 is a viable option if you keep the exercise up, eat mainly the chicken, and utilize mayo when things get boring.
