FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

I know that this is the food thread but since there isn't a coffee thread I figured I'd ask here.

I'm in the market for an espresso machine. Does anybody have any recommendations?

I'm trying to decide if I want to splurge on a Rocket Apartamento or go with one of the Breville Barista Express or Pro machines (the pro doesn't have a visible pressure gauge thing- how big of a deal is it to have/not have that visual feedback?)

Any insight would be appreciated!

i have a delonghi magnifica fully automatic and i couldn’t be happier. i’ve had it for 4 years now and it’s one of my best purchases
