More r&d from da Friday night burger test kitchen:

Crispy onions, grilled jalapeño, diced white onion, pickles, and honey chipotle BBQ sauce

Same as last week’s caramelized onion burger, but I kept the dijonnaise simple and just added a few cloves of mashed garlic confit. Liked it a lot better this way.

It was ok. Def a better deal that drive thru burgers for the same damn amount.

Gonna do a crab boil this weekend, maybe make some chili with this left over smoked brisket.

Not gonna lie. These plane views always humble me. Shows how insignificant we are in the grand scheme of things
That is a fact, brother. Very miniscule & tiny in the bigger picture. The world the Almighty Creator has made for us is simply astonishing, Ameen. May we all be blessed to have the chance to explore it however much or little that may be.

Thanks for sharing. Reminds me of Morocco. I need to head to my homeland soon (Jamaica). It’s been a minute. Thanks for the reminder.

Country living looks like a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle NYC.

I've always wanted to go Morocco. I remember you had a great time on your recent trip there. Jamaica would be dope as well. Don't be like me and wait 25 whole years, lol 😆.

Country living was definitely a much appreciated change of pace. Puts into perspective some things we take for granted on a daily basis.

zmaqbool zmaqbool Are the spices hot comparable to Indian spices or Mexican spices?
They are very similar to Indian spices for sure being that Pakistan was once part of India so a lot of culinary similarities. And the spices here are definitely hotter than Mexican spices. Man, Pakistan is just bursting with delicious flavors. I didn't even get to try or do a fraction of what I planned on especially traveling to other parts of Pakistan like Hunza Valley & Peshawar but no worries, I'll be back.

Food trends are interesting. All of a sudden I’m seeing people cooking their turkeys with cheesecloth on them.
