I seen a shorty get a beef patty cut open and put lettuce, tomato and mayo in it. Thought it was the weirdest thing ever.

Probably tasted like a good beef sandwich. I know my Jamaican friend said he puts the patty between bread. Never tried it like that.

Bakery by my ends be selling packs of coco bread for $2 so i buy those often and make sandwiches with them, or just throw cheese on it by itself

Yeah that’s how you eat that. Open the beef patty, lay the cheese, put patty between coco bread.
Make sure you have something to drink though.

Are the Junior's Cheesecake in Manhattan the same quality as the one in Brooklyn?

From what I've been told, their cheesecakes are made in Brooklyn and sold at their other NYC locations.
Here's a few I've had at the Barclays. Devils, carrot and red velvet.
