Looking up fried rice recipes and I keep coming across egg as an ingredient. Anyone know why egg is so important. I always make it without, I tried to google it but nothing comes up. I'm just curious.

the "chicken nugget" is more commonly a mixture of breast and rib meat rendered into a mash which is then shaped into a nugget form. it is an inferior product.
a "boneless wing" is what you described, a fried chunk of chicken breast covered in crisp batter, and there is nothing wrong with it.
the distinction is essential and I will not see it ignored.
on the general topic tho, I always forget to take pictures of my food due to hungry. the only time I consistently do it is for work.

Boneless wings are just chicken strips, I rarely have them but they are good for what they are.
I'll be damned if don't go in when we got some Chick-Fil-A platters at work, or when my homie put some Popeyes joints out for the game, just because they are supposedly for kids.

Yea, I don't understand why there is HATRED for a piece of boneless chicken. Strips/BW, are whatever. Quick meal, something to get at a chicken spot, a game, an amusement park. Yall are making it out to be more serious that what it is
