Black rice finally came, not sure what to pair it with.
Only ever seen that in paella
 
I DESPISE Subway, they're sandwiches are trash. Bread sucks, they barely put any meat in the sandwich, and then the disrespectful **** is that half slice of cheese in the shape of a triangle is considered one slice. **** with that bs. Not to mention their advocate being a damn pedophile talking about inches and crap :smh:

Their chipotle and sweet onion sauces though. They make any sandwich taste good.

Has anyone seen a quizno’s lately? Seems like they all disappeared. Also, I only see blimpie’s at outlet shopping centers.
 
They closed like 2,000 of their 5,000 stores

There's none where I live now

You got an open fire, gotta get that crust up. What did you season it with?

I suggest using a large amount of black pepper to help make that happen. Always "over-season" a steak

Put the steak over direct fire, get your crust, flip and do the other side.

Check internal temperature, take off, rest. Eat, enjoy.

I also suggest making an all-purpose seasoning. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. Mix some, put in an empty seasoning bottle.

Also, I add a little chili powder and smoked paprika to help aide in creating that crust/color.
 
Does anyone else love soft black licorice?
I chop it n put in my vanilla froyo. Love it. Or I just buy licorice ice cream

Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder has always been my go-to. Might have to try adding the other stuff next time.

I hate my rice to have any moisture I like it to be dry as hell if it comes out the wrong way after I cook it I will throw it away lol

I get the sauce part, but just like people who advocate In N Out fries as being the best, but you gotta add certain things to make them good, they're just not that good.
