That burger is seared perfectly and the color on the sides is to be expected when you cook a patty that thick.
I’m still not crazy about the recipe though. Sauce is stupid, lettuce is unnecessary, and the onion jam is too soupy.
Didn't watch the new video that was posted, but I like his previous burger video. All he did was fresh chuck with salt and pepper on both sides. Respect the beef.
Shame to hear he is wildin now with the recipes.
