In my defense I prefer crema which is what that is. So it’s not sour cream. Sour cream is thicker.

Second attempt at burgers from scratch - I posted my first ones a few weeks ago and they were terrible - like tasteless shoe leather.

My wife bought me an automatic mincer for Christmas - that saves tons of time.

Bought a lump of meat again but this one had a nice fat cap. I mixed that in with some salt and pepper and then ground it twice and then grilled them. My only problem is it’s about 30° outside and it was hard to get my grill hot. Still came out really tender with a crispy outside though so I’m happy.

(and yeah, my bun is upside down - didn’t realise until I got cheese stuck to it)

Just ordered that Shake Shack Korean Chicken... will give review in a few.

Big let down - would never order again. It wasn’t even fried Korean style - just fried harder with the slaw and some sauce. The serving size was small. What a waste of $17. The fries was the best thing.
