I’ve been using saltines. Hot sauce, dijon

Old bay/butter brushed on before broiling

I make them small enough to eat 2-3
 
I was debating making crab cakes for New Year’s Day, if I’m not working. But because of this thread, I’m def gonna make them now :lol: . Gonna make wagyu steak as well. Just gotta think of sides to go with this

Wouldn't know. First time bothering to try.

Main difference I've seen between the two I brought up is one has better deals overall while the other has better deals for wagyu steaks.

I'll check out Snake River.

I was looming on Grand Western cuz that's where Guga from GugaFoods/SousVideEverything orders some of his steaks.
