yeah, its not a deadly allergy. It's just uncomfortable. Diarrhea, breakouts on face and my mouth and throat get really itchy.Wait you have clearly indulged already. How bad is your allergy?

One of the big things I’ve learned recently is that I really don’t like my smashburgers cooked full blast.
Seeing White Manna on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives back in the mid/late 2000s is what really helped solidify what my concept of the ideal burger is. Then I went there and learned that they throw the meat on at such a low temp that it doesn’t even sizzle.
I’ve come to the conclusion that my favorite burgers exist in that in-between. I like SOME color on my burgers, but I also tend to prefer a burger that’s more steamy/gooey than toasty/crispy.

Just ordered some takeout. I open the container and it’s like 60% fried rice and 40% chicken. Most of the chicken were small pieces too. SMH. General Tso let me down.
