He put himself in direct danger FIRST though.
i was under the impression that she wasnt home and returned home to shoot him
as in already armed she aint have to go in the house to get the gun
thats premeditation to me
like she went there with the intent of taking that boys life
the authorities were already notified
she put herself in direct danger that youre saying she should been afraid of
Look we all get the concept. But we are talking about the value of a human life period..Once you cross that threshold....that yo *** Mr. Postman. No matter the circumstances.i was under the impression that she wasnt home and returned home to shoot him

Come in my house uninvited and you might get killed. Nothing complicated just a fact. People don't have time to figure out if you're just a minor threat or a major threat. People get killed in their own home all the time second guessing the situation, If you are a burglar you know there are certain consequences, if you don't think you can deal with being killed don't be a burglar. That's all it comes down to.
Slow singin and flower bringin, if my burglar alarms starts ringin.
since you are talking about the psychophysical aspect, there are some people that feel victimized when someone break into their property and are burglaries. To the point that is a violation just like rape.If a person was climbing out my window with nothing i dont think id shoot them. Like it wasn't a threat and no real harm was done...i mite bust one off in his direction to let em know i keeps da hammer but dats it mane.
Cats think shooting someone to kill them is an easy peezy thing.
But theres a psychological aspect to it....some people just physically cannot do it unless theres an immediate threat.
Now if i was chillin in my crib and somebody busted in yea im aiming for their head wit da rifle closed casket **** yo families tears.
nah if he crawling away you just punt his ***....no need to shoot thenOh i agree.
Take it another step further....say the boy was robbing a 2 story house and saw someone pull up....so he hopped out the window and somehow broke his leg...he's crawling away.....u gonna go up and put 2 in his dome? I think the person in this case would have done that.
Im just sayin im not wired like that....call it soft or watever u will....THE ONLY way im killing someone is if they are an immediate threat.
If someone is running away i dont see that as a threat
I can feel that. Dudes was just sounding unhuman talking about let those rounds go. I understand a kid might get killed doing something reckless like that..

And talking about the value of human life, there's over 7 billion people on this Earth. People will get killed for doing things like that. IMO, I wish more criminals would get capped like that. There's good people and bad people everywhere, and I'd rather it be the bad people that get caught like that.
Just like Jaryd Fogle getting his *** beat in prison after he molested children or that guy in North Korea getting sentenced to 15 years hard labor after he broke into private property and stole something that did not belong to him. That's the way it is. Learn how to behave. It's not that damn hard.
Josh Earnest, the White House press secretary, said that it was “increasingly clear that the North Korean government intends to use these citizens as pawns,” and that Mr. Warmbier’s arrest demonstrated why it was hazardous to visit North Korea.
The State Department strongly discourages Americans from traveling to the country, but it is not illegal to do so.

no sympathy for that dude breaking into that woman's home. Stealing from someone who has more than likely worked very hard for what they have in life makes you scum. And based on The comments and rationalization of his family members, I doubt he was a productive member of society.
Once you decide to commit a crime, one where you directly affect another human, you clearly have no regard for your own life. I'm not sure why anybody is that concerned since he wasn't himself. Dude chose his fate.

So the punishment for robbery is death?
There are dudes in prison who have stolen much more and do not get the death penalty.
There are dudes in prison who have raped and do not get the death penalty.
Alls im sayin is......if i came back to my place and seen a kid fleeing after a failed robbery attempt. ..i would not send him back to his maker
