That looks like Bun B rapping. There's probably a story behind that Walmart/Coors concert. There's actually people there. It's not like one of those random acts you see posted up in a mall with 30 chairs and 27 of them empty. Maybe he was doing some free fan service.
Bun B's done arena shows. He still gets called for features from some of the biggest names in rap music today. He'll probably go on another tour before or after his next album drops.
