For Charles, yes. Scripted = not funny. For someone like say, Chapelle...hell yes, scripted = hilarious. This simply equates to Charles not being funny to me. It's not more complicated than that.
And I'm speaking of Chuck overall, not simply the SA - girls comment.
I don't think he's funny. You do. It's as simple as that.
