I guess there are some benefits to this super high metabolism I can eat as much junk food and still not gain any weight

For me personally its Ice Cream, Chips Ahoy Cookies, and Taco Bell Chicken Quesidilla

But OP I know how good donuts are man trust me but everyone needs to cut them out of their diet, due to the carcinogens donuts contain.

The foods I have on my DON'T Eat list are:
Donuts
Lobster/Crustaceans/ Bottom feeders
Hot Dogs
Snack foods that contain cream fillings
Beef
Pork

We're better off not eating these things, trust me...
 
chicken wings! and beer , i just feel so happy when i get both.

I never feel guilty about it just try to fill up on water before they bring em out lol
 
taco bell, good thing there isn't one within three hours from here anymore. throwing down about 7 items each trip...

considering it's yellow rice + a diesel serving of meats topped off with all that mayo sauce, I'd say it's the ideal dish if you're trying tolose weight fast
