Forum colours

Guys I've been putting this off for ages trying to find out on my own how to change the forum colours because frankly after reading a couple posts my eyesstart to bleed. The whole white text on black background with red text thrown into the mix is starting to take its toll on my mental health.

How can I change the settings for the forum? I have tried getting into that yuku account settings thing but I must be overlooking something. Please help.

they have no custom forum colors just this theme.

Try stylish (firefox addon)

I made a white theme a while ago but never truly finished it, i can give it to you.

Thank you so much. I've installed Stylish and the Niketalk white theme. So much better now. Its not a perfect makeover but its definitely easier on theeyes.
