Free $10 Gas Card -- vol. who doesn't like free stuff (VA, MD, IL, and TX only)

Hey I posted this up awhile ago, but it's back!  Anyway, my auto insurance company is running a referral program where you get a $10 gas card for filling out a quote.  It's very simple and they do not ask for invasive information like your Social Security number nor will they spam you in any way for completing a quote.
